EXHIBITION
An exhibition area will be available at the conference for those companies who want to market their services/product directly to the conference delegates. Situated adjacent the plenary and break-away rooms, the exhibition area will be used for tea and lunch breaks, thus ensuring exhibitors a targeted audience for their services/products (1 complementary delegate per exhibition stand booked).
Standard exhibition shell schemes will be provided to all exhibitors with the following:
- Exhibition walls, based on a 3 x 3 metre configuration
- Fascia board – colour to be standard and co-ordinated with CIS Conference branding
- Company name on fascia (not logo and an average of 20 letters)
- 15 amp power point with a shared dB board
- 1 x double fluorescent light
COST: R12 000 + VAT per stand. Double stands can be booked.
Furniture, artwork, plants etc are separate from this cost and are for the exhibitors account. However these can be arranged for you.
BUILD UP: From 18h00 on 9th September and must be ready by 10h00 on 10th September.
BREAK DOWN: From 15h00 on 11th September 2009.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment terms are 50% on signing the form and the balance 2 weeks prior to the exhibition date.
- Cancellation policy:
25% fee will be charged for cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the exhibition
50% fee will be charged for cancellations received between 30 to 15 days prior to the exhibition
100% will apply for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the exhibition.
